Customer Support Executive
Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Batam (Kepulauan Riau), Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email
Provide technical trainings and occasional regional on-site support
Work closely with the technical team and Project Manager
Develop, execute and maintain test cases and test data
Record and verify defects or bugs when fixed by team
Develop UAT scripts and assists Project Manager to conduct testing with Users

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Engineering
University fresh graduates with right aptitude and attributes will be considered Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
Excellence verbal and written communication skills, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to cooperate in a multicultural worldwide team
Fluent in Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese and English speaking associates 2 Full-time positions available (Training will be provided)
Ability to write simple SQL queries and insert/update statements and a grasp on relational databases in MS SQL and PostgreSQL
